So…let’s get this out of the way. I’m 48. Strangely starting to look better the older I get.

I have never been to drama school, taken a theatre class, played an instrument, been anywhere near a footlights group or got an equity card.

I have however, been a Dame, a Hero, a Fool, FrankenFurter, Joseph and Pharaoh, a successful business owner, a failed business owner, an author, an international Keynote Speaker, an Event Host, a Podcast Host, a Podcast Producer, a TV Guest, a TV Presenter, a Come Dine With Me Loser, a Radio Guest, a Radio Presenter and Producer.

I’m also a quick learner, a hard worker and always aim to be better than I was the day before, because none of what I present or host is ever about me…it just starts with me. And if I can make people think differently, laugh louder, work smarter, love more and be their best selves…I’ve done what you wanted me to do.

Cross Counties Radio

Back in 2015 I began recording my own podcast for Driving Instructors. During that time, thousands of Instructors took part in a Charity Event across a fortnight and those podcasts became daily, carrying live reports form the participants across the UK. I was getting 10,000 downloads per week across the two week period and it ignited my passion for Radio, having been a guest on several stations across the country.

This year I was given the opportunity to work on Cross Counties Radio that broadcasts to Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire where I host a weekly Sunday night show, that I renamed the ‘Weekend Wind Down’, playing hits from five decades, news, weather, features and a ‘Weekend Warriors’ segment that celebrates the unsung heroes that work through the weekends whilst the rest of the world enjoy’s itself.
