The 3P’s to Your First, Next or Best Six Figures in Business
Now, if you’re new to me and my videos, this may well be the very first time that you’re hearing about the ‘Three p’s’ in business.
And if it is, I’m going to go ahead and explain it to you. And if it’s not, well, we’re going to take a very deep dive and why these ‘Three p’s’ are very important to you and your business.
So let’s start with actually what it stands for. The ‘three P’s’ are people, process and product
Now when I go into a business or I work with a business and its owner, I want to understand who the people are that actually run the business, not just the owners, but the frontline workers, who make the business, get up and go.
What is their relationship? The relationship with each other, with the owner and with the customer?
Now, the second thing I want to then look at is the process. How does that particular company deliver their product or their service to their customer? What’s the process that they use to do it?
The supply chain, how they make it, where they source it from, how they sell it, how they merchandise it, all those sorts of things that go around to actually delivering your product or your service.
And the last thing I want to look at is the product itself and well, the relevance of it. A product isn’t just something tangible that you can hold in your hand. It could be and usually is, a service.
In fact, one of my favorite businesses right now is the lawn service business. So you might be going, “Well what, what is the product?”
Well actually, it’s delivering a beautiful lawn to the homeowner who paid your people, for the process that they used.
The people, process and product mechanism is really an easy, understandable, mechanism that anybody watching this, including you, could actually use to assess your own business, somebody else’s business or even what goes on in your own home.
