"Success is really about mindset" T Gary Gray. Actually it's not. It starts with mindset. In the same way that "Your business is not about you. It starts with you." - Someone far smarter than me. The right mindset or at least one that allows you to WANT to move forward is just the start. ACTION is a tool that is rarely talked about. I've chastised many who believe that crossing your fingers and toes and willing a million pounds into your bank is the way to go, because unless you take ACTION and buy a lottery ticket you have less of a chance to get what you wanted. The important part of that last sentence is about taking ACTION - you came up with a strategy of buying the ticket to get what you wanted; then a plan of how, where and when and then hold the belief that the ticket will in fact deliver your vision. It MAY or MAY NOT work. But you had to take ACTION to find out. It starts with a VISION, then a STRATEGY, then a PLAN and then taking ACTION. Without the last 3, the vision and the mindset don't mean a jot...it's just a dream. My question to you...is it really the mindset you have that is holding you back...or is it because you've not got a strategy, a plan or have taken action it yet? It starts with you (and a mindset). But it's not just about you.
